Agricultural banking has always been the cornerstone of The Bank's business. From our beginning as a small bank in Winona, KS, we have grown into a respected leader and lender in ag financing. Most of our loan officers have farming and ranching backgrounds or are currently farming themselves.

The Bank is designated as a "Preferred Lender" by Farm Service Agency, making FSA Guaranteed Loans our specialty.

“Beginning Farmer” Loans

The Bank has financing programs to cover your operation from start to finish. Our superb "Beginning Farmer" program can help new farmers make their first land purchase a reality. By working with USDA Farm Service Agency, or the Kansas Development Finance Authority, this program can provide better terms and rates to qualified beginning farmers. Qualified Beginning Farmers, with supporting Cash-Flow, and good credit, can purchase land with as little as 5% down, with certain programs. The rates for these programs are quite attractive as well.
